This goes towards the total amount for the hat
Once the hat is finished I will contact you and send a link to purchase the remaining amount and have it shipped out to you!
Payment must be fulfilled within a week (of when I tell you the hat is finished and ready to be paid for and sent out). If it is not paid by then I will resell on my website. No exceptions I’m sorry. (Shipping runs $7-$10 for standard)
DOUBLE CHECK the sizing and all details before purchasing, if there is any issues or concerns please contact me so I can make it right before sending it on out! I am human and make mistakes too but these are NOT REFUNDABLE AND NOT EXCHANGEABLE UNLESS IT IS A COMPLETE MISTAKE MADE BY ME.
If you’re hat fits a little too tight or a little off try steaming it on the inside of the crown and fitting to your head for a better more secure fit, or you can take it to a hatter and they can do so for you as these hats are meant to be able to adjust in sizing by a tad bit. If it’s too big then try to use foam tape for sizing hats that go on the inside of the sweat band for a tighter fit!
TURN AROUND TIME COMPLETELY DEPENDS ON IF I HAVE THE HAT IN STOCK OR NOT AND WHERE YOU FALL ON MY CUSTOM ORDER LIST AS I TAKE ALL CUSTOMS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! Expect a (2-4 week turn around time but maybe even longer so please communicate with me if you need it absolutely by a certain date)
